Anisa is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, complementing her legal skills with an Advanced Negotiation Skills certificate from Harvard University.

With a commitment to legal education, Anisa has instructed a class at Humber College, teaching "Issues in Canadian Law," and has taught trial strategies with the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN). She channels her passion for community service through roles such as Chair of the Board for the new charity Albanian Canadian Community Services Center and Council Member with St. Joseph's Planned Giving Advisory Council.

Currently, Anisa also serves as the president of Young Women in Law. Her previous contributions include founding and chairing the Albanian Canadian Lawyers Association and being a member of the Young Advocates Standing Committee of The Advocates' Society.
